I’ve been off and on with 2L2Q, every coach from Chase,to Kacy,to Meg,Jeremy and coach Ously are amazing with the knowledge to prepare you for the weight lifts. Pre Covid I was doing great losing weight and gaining muscle. Covid hit and it set us all back. But overall it’s a reason why they’re one of the many crossfit gyms still thriving and going til this day. Guys keep up the good work,keep helping people reach weight lost goals and stay safe! My name is Kenny Sanders, I’ve been a member of 2l2q for almost a year and I’m very grateful for these guys, I’ve watched people become fit as quick as 6 months. I’m a diabetic, before I started coach Chase told me “We’re gonna get you off that medication “ and I’ve been off of it for 9 months and counting. I’ve been at 2L2Q for about 6 months now and I absolutely LOVE it!! The gym is well-equipped and the equipment is well taken care of. The coaches are amazingly supportive and very knowledgeable about technique, nutrition, and how to get the most from your workouts.Another great thing about the coaches is that they are all certified in many different areas of physical training. Most gyms just “level-up” members who have been there for a while and make them coaches, but these guys have put in work to actually become educated in all levels of fitness training, including nutrition. This gym is excellent at scaling any workout to cater to your fitness level. My favorite thing is the support of the other gym members. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. It truly feels like a family and everyone is working towards the same goals. If you need a new gym, go see them!! If you want to learn how to work out, go see them!!

The coaches here definitely know what they’re doing, and they provide you with more than enough info to help you get results. The setting is great, especially if you like a little friendly competition to help motivate you. They’ve got new challenges to help better yourself pretty regularly. Any and everybody is welcome

This place not only helped me lose weight but it also helped me learn to eat healthy, and do things that I didn’t feel I could because of my weight. If you take their 6 week challenge and follow their guidelines you will see remarkable results. i only gave them 5 stars because more wasn’t available.

2L2Q is amazing. They have the best location & the service they provide is amazing. I enjoy going everyday because it truly is a “family” type place. Kacy Lawley

COACH

Kacy began her fitness journey back in 2013. She quickly fellin love with the mothodology of Crossfit and became a certified coach 1 year later. He favorite movements to coach are the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Kacy is passionate about helping athletes of all skill levels reach their ful potential both inside and outside of the gym. In addition to being a 2L2Q Coach, she is also a PE Teacher at Wetumpka High School.

Trey Ousley

COACH

Trey is a product of Prattville, AL and is a proud graduate of Auburn University. He has been competing in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting since he was 16!

Chase Holmberg

COACH

Chase was born and raised in Montgomery, AL. He attended high school at Robert E Lee and and Auburn University for Kinesiology (Health Promotion). Chase has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012!
Chase believes that fitness should be fun and enjoyable for all and loves helping his clients realize their full potential.
