Nicole is a Montgomery native who enjoys coaching the large group sessions and our 2L2Q Kid’s classes. Her focus is to help each member have a solid foundation of good mechanics and technique that they can build on throughout their time in the gym. In her free time, you can catch her taking the large group classes herself and spending time with family.

Brooke Cullen

nutrition coach

Brooke is our nutrition coach and small group personal trainer who grew up in many different states with her military family. Her passion is to help clients enjoy a healthy lifestyle regardless of where they are starting from. When she’s not training, she enjoys spending time with her two young children and husband, who is in the AirForce.

DAVID STAUFFER

David was born and raised in Montgomery, AL where he was brought up playing soccer and basketball in his youth. His career path led him towards Ministry school, oddly enough, where he found his passion for health & wellness. After getting certified as a personal trainer and CPR, David now enjoys coaching and seeing his clients reach their fitness goals. He believes that exercise should be fun, safe, and FAST! When he’s not at the gym, David enjoys hiking, reading and weekend excursions with his kids.

PASHAE WALKER

PERSONAL TRAINER

Pashae (PA-Shay) Walker, aka Shae, was born and raised in Compton, CA. She relocated to Montgomery, AL to attend ASU where she graduated in 2022 in Physical Education. Her love and passion for exercise began in 2020 during the pandemic. She enjoys the euphoric high and brain boost she gets from daily activity.
When Shae is not in the gym, she enjoys painting, playing with her dog, and hitting a good workout with good friends.

JACK BARTLETT

COACH

Jack was born and raised in Montgomery AL and is a graduate of Auburn University (04-08) with a degree in Kinesiology. Jack has been doing CrossFit style fitness since 2009 and has been an athlete at 2L2Q Fitness since 2017. He has a passion for outdoors, so don’t be surprised if the warmup includes an outdoor run! Jack’s greatest athletic achievement is competing in the Chattajack 31 mile stand-up paddle board race on the Tennessee River in both 2017 and 2018. He is blessed with a beautiful wife, Kate, and two daughters, Frances and Hilly.

Meg is a full-time RN and mother. She loves working with new clients and watching them grow, develop strength, and confidence that they never thought possible. She has been addicted to CrossFit since 2014.

Lorrie holmberg

Lorrie is from Montgomery and specializes in marketing and sales for the gym. She has been with the gym since the doors opened back in 2016 and enjoys the large group fitness classes. Outside of the gym, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chase and baby boy Parker.

Jeremy was born and raised in Montgomery, AL. He is a proud graduate of Huntingdon College and recently graduated from AUM with a Master’s of Business Administration. He’s been a CrossFit athlete since 2013!

Chase was born and raised in Montgomery, AL. He attended high school at Robert E Lee and and Auburn University for Kinesiology (Health Promotion). Chase has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012!
Chase believes that fitness should be fun and enjoyable for all and loves helping his clients realize their full potential.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
